Your journey begins with a conversation. You contact Motorhome-World to discuss your interest in a Standard motorhome and how you plan to travel. Our team shares model information, general specifications, and a guideline price range.
Preliminary Discussion And Quotation
A focused discussion takes place to clarify layout, sleeping requirements, and optional extras. Based on this conversation, a detailed quotation is prepared that reflects your intended use rather than a generic configuration.
Review And Confirmation
You review the quotation and proposed specification. Any adjustments to optional extras are discussed at this stage to ensure the motorhome matches your needs before moving forward.
Order Acceptance And Deposit
Once you are satisfied, the order is confirmed and the agreed deposit is paid. This secures your build slot and allows the project to move into scheduling.
Final Specification Sign-Off
The final specification is confirmed in writing. This ensures clarity on layout, features, and inclusions before procurement and manufacturing begin.
Delivery Timeline Issued
An approximate delivery date is issued based on current production scheduling. This gives you a clear expectation of timing while the motorhome enters the build phase.
Procurement And Manufacturing
Materials and components are sourced, and the motorhome is built and finished in-house by Motorhome-World’s production team. This stage typically runs smoothly due to the proven Standard model configurations.
Handover And Delivery
Final payment is completed, and your motorhome is prepared for handover. You receive your vehicle ready for travel, along with guidance on systems and ongoing support.
Initial Enquiry
You contact Motorhome-World to discuss interest in a Discoverer Xtreme or Van Conversion. We share general information, vehicle options, and an initial guideline quotation.
Requirements And Layout Discussion
You provide feedback on how you plan to travel, including layout preferences, storage needs, and intended use. Existing layouts can be adjusted or custom ideas explored where feasible.
Design Meetings
A series of focused design meetings refine layout, systems, and specifications. This ensures the motorhome supports real travel requirements before production planning begins.
Preliminary Order Confirmation
Motorhome-World prepares a preliminary design and order confirmation. Any required changes are discussed and finalised before moving forward.
Deposit And Order Acceptance
Once the preliminary order is approved, you sign to proceed and pay the agreed deposit. The build slot is then confirmed.
Final Design Approval
The final design and specification are agreed and signed off. This confirms layout, systems, and finishes before production begins.
